This coffee hails from high in the volcanic Andean Mountains, allowing slow cherry maturation that leads to a sweet complex cup. Diego’s passionate work showcases the premier quality coffee from El Tambo you’re sure to love as much as we do!

We roast on Mondays & Tuesdays and ship on Wednesday. Be sure to place your order BEFORE 9am on roasting days. Any order that is placed AFTER 9am will be processed the following roasting day.
