Grown under the stewardship of Jose Antonio Salaverria and his sons comes Cerro Las Ranas, our newest offering from El Salvador. Cerro Las Ranas translates to “Hill of Frogs” and is named as such after the thousands of frogs that live in the lagoon on the family farm. This coffee is honey processed, meaning perfectly ripened cherries are dried on clay patios with the natural mucilage left on, giving the beans a tropical flavor we can’t wait for you to try! We taste notes of tamarind, tropical fruits, and a nutty flavor that balances everything out. Available in shop and online.
We roast on Mondays & Tuesdays and ship on Wednesday. Be sure to place your order BEFORE 9am on roasting days. Any order that is placed AFTER 9am will be processed the following roasting day.
$8 flat rate shipping or FREE in-store pickup.
